Nuts and Bolts – Ready to Lead Symposiums
A Conference for Middle Level Leaders
“Transform the Norm”
Real Issues…Realistic Solutions

Nuts and Bolts Symposiums is proud to announce a unique leadership opportunity for principals, assistant principals, school deans, school counselors, academic coaches, team leaders and teacher leaders. Our Ready to Lead Symposiums will focus on four, critical middle level education reform issues – Building Quality Relationships, Ready to Lead, Restorative Practices, and Transforming Teaching and Learning. Each topic will be presented by outlining the issues and then providing realistic solutions to those issues. There will be time for you and your Leadership Team to discuss how to implement these concepts within your school setting. The Berckemeyer Leadership Team will also be available to help your team with coaching time and insights.  We strongly encourage you bring several people from your school.

Each member of the Berckemeyer Consulting Team are current school leaders. They bring a vast background of experiences and are able to provide practical ideas and solutions. The symposium will kick off with a presentation by Jack Berckemeyer on the State of Young Adolescent Development.
