The Destin Nuts & Bolts Team-Building Institute
Presenter-Bill Denney

The Destin Nuts & Bolts Team-Building Institute
Who do you think is the best team of all time? Was it the Chicago Bulls led by Michael Jordan in the 1990's? Was it the Boston Celtics led by Larry Bird in the 1980's? Was it a sales team at a Fortune 500 company? Was it a surgical team that saved someone's life? Is it the guys at Pike's Place Fish Market? There is no "I" in the word, "TEAM." In this session, attendees will learn the dynamics to make your faculty a high performing team. Education isn't about shutting our door and doing our own thing. It's not about isolation and individualism. The faculty must hit on all cylinders collaboratively in order to be a high performing team. During this session, attendees will participate in a variety of team-building activities that are designed to create a spirit of cohesiveness and togetherness among the entire faculty. You'll learn the answer to the question … "If Men Are From Mars & Women Are From Venus, Where Do Educators Come From?" Plan to laugh, learn, and have a blast!
